Patrick J. Stark has been an attorney since 1989. Mr. Stark has specialized in handling implied warranty of habitability lawsuits since 2004. Prior to specializing in tenant habitability matters, Mr. Stark had a wide array of experience handling legal matters for corporations, private individuals, and insurance companies in numerous high-profile cases, including in catastrophic injury and multi-plaintiff/high-exposure litigation. He also has significant experience handling class action litigation.
Mr. Stark joined the State Bar of California in 1989 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has extensive and highly successful trial experience, having tried dozens of matters throughout California. He is a member of ABOTA, a prestigious organization of trial lawyers.
He has also been a guest lecturer on topics of legal interest. Mr. Stark attended Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, on a merit scholarship, receiving his J.D. in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in 1986.
